Service Charge
Home user in New Territories $150/hour
Business user in New Territories $250/hour
Home user in other regions $250/hour
Business user in other regions $350/hour
We have a upper boundary of the service charges as $400 HKD (excluding the hardware costs).Free on-site PC-checking is available for the resident in Yuen Long, Tuen Mun and Tin Shui Wai.
$50 HKD will be charged for the resident in the other regions.(This charge will be excluded if maintenance is required.)

Information of maintenance service
A
  1. Please read the following terms carefully if data backup or PC maintenance is required from us, and bear any risks.
    • We are a computer company but nor a data recovery company, and hence, we are not guaranteed of the data consistency in your computer.
    • When we are checking / maintaining your computer, we will try to ensure that no leakage of information or to use such information for any other purposes without your consent.
    • If damage or data loss caused by any computers / hardwares provided by customer, we do not hold any responsibility for the integrity of the backup data.
    • We do not hold any responsibility on hardware damage or data loss during maintenance service.
    • All of the client's backup files stored on our server will be destroyed after maintenance.
    • We do not hold any responsibility of the custody or appearance of any accessories or parts provided by customers.
      Please check all the contents carefully, no refund can be made after payment and checking.
    • If you haven't heard from us for 7 days of the maintenance status, please contact us for the update.
    • If no claim has been made after 30 days of repairment, we will handle the computer without any notice.
    • We reserves the right of these policies, in case of disputes over provisions.
  2. Under the current law, we will not install any counterfeit software on customer's computers. Please provide a geniune licence software disc if installation is required from us!
  3. We (ETech Computers) respect for personal privacy, and it is one of our maintenance policies to delete all the stored backup files on our server after repairment.
    We will not disclosed, edited, or unveiled any of our customer's information unless permitted by the law.
  4. Please read the following before maintenance:
    • Please check carefully for all the accessories along with the computer's maintenance.
    • If installation of any genuine software is required, please provide your own genuine copy or purchase a genuine copy from us.
    • Please check carefully for all the accessories after maintenance, we do not hold any responsibility of any loss after you are confirmed the existance of all the accessories.
      We provide 3 days of guaranteed period after maintenance, you can bring your computer to us for free maintenance if same problem occurs.
      For any other problems, an additional charge may apply.
